You can build your own workouts, use ready-made ones, receive workouts from a personal trainer, or let the artificial intelligence create a plan for you. MobiFit is available in three languages: English, Portuguese and Spanish.
No, an account is not required for workouts. You can start using most features without logging in. Authentication is only required for features like groups and cloud data synchronization.
Yes. Data is stored locally on the device, allowing you to use the exercise library, workouts, track progress and access your points even without an internet connection. Media such as images and exercise videos are available offline only if they have been viewed previously.
The AI generates personalized training plans from your request, answers exercise questions, and offers adaptations based on your level, goals, or available equipment. It also learns your level and preferences over time, improving its suggestions.
No. The app includes an option called "Create Workout" that collects your preferences and automatically generates the ideal request for you.
No. All videos and instructions were created by human professionals. They are meant to illustrate movements and may show equipment different from what is listed in the exercise title.
MobiFit Workouts are ready-made workouts created by professionals specifically for the app, organized by difficulty level and generic use. "My Workouts" are user-specific: they can be created manually, generated by the AI, or received from others like friends and trainers.
The hierarchy is: Plan → Workouts → Exercises. A plan groups several workouts, and each workout contains a sequence of specific exercises.
Yes. You can create custom exercises with a name, description, YouTube video URL and your own image. Uploading images requires you to be logged in.
To share a workout both users must be in the same group. You can share it directly with a specific person in the group or make the workout available to all group members.
Use Log Activity when you perform exercises that are not available in your saved Workouts. At the end you can optionally share the activity in a MobiFit group and/or on Instagram Stories.
Goals are personal and have a duration you define. Check-ins are recorded when you mark a workout as completed or manually in the "Goals" menu.
Yes. The groups feature requires authentication.
You can click the invitation link you received or use the "join a group" option and enter the provided code.
Administrators can manage members, view submitted anamneses and share workouts with the entire group.
Challenges are group-based and use posts for check-ins. They can have a defined period or be ongoing.
You can check in in two ways: by posting directly to the group feed or by sharing a completed workout to the group. Each post counts as a check-in.
The ranking can be viewed by "active days" or "total check-ins". If you make two posts on the same day, that counts as two check-ins but only one active day.
As a group administrator, go to settings and enable the challenge option. Set the start and end dates for the period you want to track. You can also require a photo for posts, which forces participants to include an image in their check-ins and increases commitment.
Almost every relevant action in the app earns coins, which encourages engagement and consistency in workouts.
Badges mark specific achievements, such as starting a goal, joining a group, or completing certain milestones.
Yes. Group challenges include a ranking system based on members' check-ins, which can be filtered by different time periods.
Yes. Data remains stored locally on your device. However, without logging in it won't be synced to the cloud and may be lost if you uninstall the app or lose your device.
The app offers professional features: you can create private groups for your students, share personalized workouts, monitor engagement through challenges, and receive anamnesis information in an organized and private way.
You can share a personalized workout with all members of a group or send it directly to a specific student. When shared with a group, the workout appears in the group's "Workouts" menu and each student can add it manually to their "My Workouts" list. If sent directly to a student, it appears automatically in their app under "My Workouts" in the "Content" tab.
Yes. All interactive features use groups. Workout sharing is only possible between people in the same group. Create a group, send the invite link to your students, and once they join you can share workouts.
An anamnesis is a space where your students can submit personal information relevant to their follow-up. This data is visible only to group administrators, allowing you to keep an organized history for each student, including health information, goals, limitations and other notes important for workout prescription.
In the group's ranking menu you can view all members' participation. The system allows switching between views by active days or total check-ins, and filtering by different periods: current week, month, year or all time. A progress bar shows the challenge's progress relative to the defined period.
Yes. You can create and manage multiple groups, each with its own settings, challenges and shared workouts.
